Responsibilities
- Manage Order Entry and Shipping Department
- Supervise and provide support for order entry and shipping staff
- Sales Support on lead times, discounting & pricing for projects
- Create, maintain, and provide a variety of bookings, revenue, and inventory reports

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience helpful
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience with specialized business/accounting software.
- Self-motivated, well organized, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Autonomous and demonstrates initiative.
- Works well in a high-pressure environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem solving and issue resolution abilities.
Compensation
- Processes e-time, annual performance reviews for team
- Salary range is intended to provide a general guideline.

- This includes a generous wage starting between $96K-$128K annually * and benefits package that offers a 401k with company match as well as company funded pension.
