Automation & Controls Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens) to ensure efficient machine operation.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including short circuits, grounding issues, and component failures, minimizing downtime.

Perform diagnostics on control circuits, sensors, and communication networks
implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
Maintain and back up PLC programs and related documentation
Independently perform advanced electrical wiring and troubleshooting for 24V, 110V, 220V, and 480V systems, ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
Execute PMs and rebuilds on motors, drives, and servo systems, maintaining alignment, calibration, and motor performance.
Perform robot PMs including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration
Perform diagnostics on control circuits, sensors, and communication networks; implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
Maintain and back up PLC programs and related documentation; assist in control upgrades and integration of new equipment.
Perform robot PMs including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration; ensure motion paths and tool offsets meet production accuracy requirements.
Calibrate temperature, pressure, and motion profiles to maintain process control and quality standards.

Technical degree, industrial maintenance certification, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation support, preferably within automotive manufacturing.

Servo & VFD Drive Configuration
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
Vision Systems (Keyence, Cognex preferred)
Reading Electrical Schematics, Diagrams & Prints
