About the role

The Sales Enablement Director is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and efficiency by optimizing the utilization of key enablement tools and data insights.
They will also oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their roles.

Staying updated on new features and functionalities of enablement tools and providing training and support to the Sales team.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive enablement programs.
Collaborating with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product teams to develop sales content, tools, and resources.
Developing and overseeing onboarding programs for new commercial hires, including training on enablement tools.
High levels of professionalism, interpersonal skills and personal drive.

Proficiency in utilizing enablement tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives forward.

Ensuring Commercial teams have access to up-to-date, relevant, and data-backed resources.
