  • The Senior Media Specialist is a hands-on digital media expert responsible for creating, executing, optimizing, and analyzing complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • The position also serves as a technical subject matter expert (SME), supporting client conversations, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to performance marketing capabilities and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns- Google, Bing, AI-powered search
  • Develop insights and actionable recommendations
  • Design and execute testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, incrementality)
  • Scale successful strategies and document best practices
  • Client & Stakeholder Support
  • Support proposal development with feasibility assessments and timelines
  • Support platform evaluations, vendor engagement, and pilot programs
  • Partner with internal teams (Client Strategy, Data, IT, Creative, Compliance) to deliver campaign success
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Mentor and support team members on campaign execution and optimization

Requirements

  • Ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google, Bing, AI-powered search
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes

  • Configure advanced targeting, tracking, and attribution frameworks
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and KPIs
  • execute ongoing optimizations (budget, bids, audiences, creative)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical campaign issues
  • Ensure high-quality campaign setup and execution standards
  • Analyze campaign performance -Google, Bing, AI-powered search
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, accessible way
  • Provide technical expertise on client calls and during media planning

Compensation

  • $100,000-$130,000
