Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze program and operational data.
- Support preparation of reports, charts, dashboards, and briefings.
- Provide research and administrative support for studies and assessments.
- Support executive presentations and recurring performance reports.
- The Junior Business Analyst will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts to assist senior analysts and leadership in operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.
Skills
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any general business degree field.
- 1-3 years of relevant analytical or administrative experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and identify patterns.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholders.
- Understanding of business operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics.
