About the role
- As a Computer Repair Technician within the K-12 area, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on various Chromebooks.
- This role utilizes core skills in hand tools, equipment repair, analysis, and troubleshooting while maintaining quality and production standards.

Requirements
- Experience as a computer technician or in a similar IT role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a production-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as the weather fluctuates, noise form conveyors and forklifts.
- Follow all QC standards, ensuring each device is reviewed per customer request and meets required quality checks

Compensation
- Pay range: $16/HR – $21/HR depending on experience and skill set.
