Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and expand a team of 8-10 software developers.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute on the team's strategic goals.
- As a key member of the Verily Me team, you will help build and scale the central "front door" experience across Verily's entire consumer ecosystem.
- We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is deeply passionate about user experience and eager to build a highly polished, consumer-grade product.
- In this role, you won't just maintain existing systems; you will actively iterate, experiment, and refine a live product offering.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience of a team of at least 10 software developers.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Full stack web development experience.
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,500 - $277,000 + bonus + benefits + equity.
