About the role

  • We're seeking a full-time Senior Accounting Specialist (official title: Senior Bill Management Specialist I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
  • End-to-end reconciliation between warehouse operations and financial settlement, ensuring invoice accuracy, timely payment processing, and clean outstanding balances.
  • Act as the key liaison between finance, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and continuously improve settlement efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular reconciliation between warehouse records, procurement orders, and supplier invoices; investigate root causes of discrepancies, provide timely feedback to supervisors, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current reconciliation and settlement workflow; propose and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and error rates.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve settlement issues; maintain clear communication channels and ensure alignment on reconciliation standards.
