Job Title Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Granite Point (https://www.granitepointapts.com/) Job Description Summary The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
The Maintenance Technician responds to our residents' service needs and is instrumental in helping deliver superior customer service to our residents.

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering our commitments to our residents.
Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents.
Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
Ability to read/ understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
The employee must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 - Minimum Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates
