Responsibilities
- Job Title Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Granite Point (https://www.granitepointapts.com/) Job Description Summary The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
- The Maintenance Technician responds to our residents' service needs and is instrumental in helping deliver superior customer service to our residents.

- The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering our commitments to our residents.
- Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents.
- Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
- Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
- Ability to read/ understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Requirements
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
- The employee must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

- Attends and participates in training programs as required by Cushman and Wakefield Performs all duties as assigned, in a timely manner.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 - Minimum Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.
Compensation
- The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates
