About the role
- We are looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
- Please note that this role will be based in our Lehi (UT) office three times a week, reporting to our Director of Sales.
- Day to day, this is what you'll be doing:
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and qualify them according to ICP and sales criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead qualification activities in the Salesforce.
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and support them with background research and context.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and market signals.
- As an BDR at Netcraft, you will be on the front lines of our commercial growth, identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for high-value sales conversations.

Nice to have
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience selling into large enterprises or public sector organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and personalise outreach.
- Resilient, coachable, and results-driven mindset with an interest in cybersecurity.
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to easily understand and pitch new services, focusing on value proposition.
- Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- A computer science degree or similar discipline would be very helpful.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
