Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, compensation negotiations, and offer creation.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring manager and their support organizations
- Partner with department managers to discuss project requirements, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in SuccessFactors.
- Support recruitment audits, data management activities, and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local universities and career services teams to support talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
- One (1) to five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing.

Compensation
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and salary calculations.
- Partner with Calgary and Vancouver department managers to assess annual student and new graduate hiring targets.
- Develop and manage annual campus recruitment budgets, including travel and career event expenses. (merch, hotels, flights, meals, etc).
