Responsibilities
- Perform testing and inspection of products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform calibration, in-line inspection, and final inspection activities
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records
- Maintain compliance with production schedules, manufacturing procedures, and ERP/MRP/MES business systems
- Support production requirements including overtime and alternate shifts when needed
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military training, or a minimum of two years of experience in an electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly documentation
- Experience using electronic test, inspection, and calibration equipment
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing, assembly, or process-related issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
