Responsibilities
- Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documents
- Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attendings with clients and potential clients as appropriate) and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experience
- Lead and mentor other account administrators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications

- Proficiency in trust accounting systems
- CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
