About the role

  • You will be instrumental in transforming complex business data into meaningful visualizations, standardized KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive reporting and business proposal metrics dashboards.
  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards supporting Americas operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • We also empower the business with agile digital at scale to deliver unprecedented levels of performance and customer delight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence best practices.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and business recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Ability to standardize reporting methodologies and KPI frameworks across business functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide reporting standardization initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and operational reviews.
  • Experience with data governance and reporting best practices..
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Travel may be required as per business and project requirements.
