About the role
- Ce poste soutiendra les équipes canadiennes de marketing et d'expérience client, tout en contribuant aux opérations du bureau de Mississauga.

Responsibilities
- Proactively collaborate with fellow designers as well as cross functionally to seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.
- Serve as the vCard administrator, manage purchase order (PO) creation, including Amazon and marketing-related POs.
- To be eligible for this position, you must legally be permitted to work in Canada and travel within North America, without any additional sponsorship support from Signify.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including managing translation needs.
- Responsible for translation and maintenance of product and brand assets including but not limited to brochures, product packaging, social media, specification sheets, instruction manuals, website assets.
- Experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and in Canva, Figma, UI/UX, and Workfront is a plus Bilingual (English and Quebec French) proficiency is required

Compensation
- $ 63,030.00 - $84,040.00
