About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop process flows and diagrams resulting from prior initial claims business process re-engineering (BPR) efforts and perform other duties consistent with establishing or re-engineering unemployment insurance processes, policies, procedures as needed.
- Analyze and develop work process guides as needed.
- Analyze, develop, and update policies and procedures. Implement new efforts aimed at improving overall unemployment insurance integrity.
- Establish and work with a team of state-staff who will collaborate in this project,
- Facilitate focus group meetings and document meeting minutes, outcomes, and action items,
- Gather detailed business requirements for business process enhancements; analyze and document requirements, update policies and procedures, user guides, and workflows,
- Interview staff to develop baseline of improvement,
- Develop organizational, process, and execution business process models for as-is, to-be, and recommended near and longer term improvement,
- Perform a gap analysis between existing practices, goals, and current achievement,

- Review required metrics and necessary/desired improvement in levels of achievement in all unemployment insurance processes,

- $111k-$204k
