- Amazon Robotics - Transformative Learning Solutions team serves Amazon Robotics, RME, and Operations organizations by creating product and safety focused learning experiences that positively impact organizational performance.

Nice to have
- Experience with Xyleme (LCMS).
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes.
- Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks.
- Experience with Graphics/Photo imaging/Video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio, etc.), Articulate 360, Microsoft SharePoint etc..
- 1+ years of experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows to augment productivity or content quality
