Responsibilities

- Partner with global business owners across GTM Planning, Sales Operations, and Finance to understand planning processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and design solutions using Anaplan
- Lead end-to-end business process design and optimization for Anaplan implementations and enhancements; translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and use cases
- Design and deliver comprehensive Anaplan enablement programs including training curricula, user documentation, system guides, and best practice playbooks for diverse user audiences
- Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and issue resolution; drive user adoption and minimize go-live risks through effective change management
- Collaborate with Anaplan technical specialists, IT teams, data analytics, and business partners to ensure requirements are clearly defined and solutions are technically feasible and properly integrated
- Conduct post-implementation business support including troubleshooting user issues, gathering feedback, and identifying enhancements for continuous improvement
- Proactively identify process improvements and business optimization opportunities; design solutions that enhance planning efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making speed
- Mentor junior business analysts and functional team members on Anaplan planning methodologies, best practices, and business process design principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst or functional consultant experience
- 3+ years working with Anaplan as a functional user, business analyst, or enablement specialist (technical model building expertise not required)
- Experience with AI-driven insights and analytical thinking about how to optimize planning processes and decision-making workflows
Nice to have
- ServiceNow platform familiarity, experience with Pigment or other reporting/analytics tools, knowledge of Snowflake or data warehouse concepts, or background in management consulting
