- The schedule for this position is a Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (36-48 hours per week rotating schedule).
Responsibilities
- Fills in for the Lead during their absence, including performing color changes, quality checks, and become familiar with mold changeovers
- Performs necessary maintenance and repair on some equipment used
- Prepares and maintains records of product movement

Compensation
- 5 Bonuses per year based on plant performance
- 401(k) with company match up to 4%, plus an annual 2% contribution
