About the role
- You are responsible for assigning and prioritizing VSA tasks, monitoring team activity, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with department standards, safety expectations, and established procedures.
- Essential Duties Assign and oversee the work of Vehicle Service Attendants, ensuring that established standards, policies, and procedures for work performance, safety, and security are followed.
- Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot problems and provide coaching for employees when needed.
Requirements
- This position may be assigned to either the Hardeson or Kasch Park Campus and may be required to support or oversee both sites on a limited basis.
- Request required repairs and maintenance.
Compensation
- Employees participate in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) and have the option to enroll in the agency's deferred compensation plan.

- Knowledge Requirements Health and safety hazards related to servicing vehicles, including proper precautions and use of safety equipment.

- Learning to properly inspect and service all agency vehicles.
