About the role

You are responsible for assigning and prioritizing VSA tasks, monitoring team activity, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with department standards, safety expectations, and established procedures.
Essential Duties Assign and oversee the work of Vehicle Service Attendants, ensuring that established standards, policies, and procedures for work performance, safety, and security are followed.
Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot problems and provide coaching for employees when needed.

This position may be assigned to either the Hardeson or Kasch Park Campus and may be required to support or oversee both sites on a limited basis.
Request required repairs and maintenance.
