About the role
- Above all, this leader is a creator of clarity.
- They can synthesize ambiguity into a crisp, compelling direction and distribute that clarity in every direction-upward to leadership, laterally to collaborators, and down to their teams.
- They pair that with a willingness to roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and hold a relentlessly high bar for execution quality and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of marketing, customer intelligence, personalization, and engagement capabilities across Digital Banking, MANTL, and other Alkami platforms.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with Alkami's marketing strategy and enterprise priorities.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of customer engagement, marketing automation, customer analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), customer intelligence solutions, or personalization engines.
- Experience within financial services, fintech, or digital banking.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategy, pricing, packaging, and commercialization efforts.
- Experience leading product integration efforts following acquisitions or platform consolidations.
- Required
- Direct, hands-on experience building and shipping products - launching new product lines within an existing portfolio, or building and scaling flagship products in a startup environment.
- Proven success building and scaling SaaS, marketing technology, data, analytics, or personalization products.
- Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate it effectively upward, laterally, and to teams.
- A hands-on, high-bar operating style with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of execution quality.
- AI fluency-curiosity and a practical point of view on how AI can be embedded into product experiences to improve user outcomes.
- Experience developing product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.

- Roll up your sleeves and stay close to the details of product execution - not just strategy.
- Hold a high bar for execution quality, craft, and urgency across the team and the products you ship.
- Ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with predictability, quality, and measurable customer impact.
- Establish disciplined product management practices, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based planning.
