About the role

This role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who's passionate about mobile games and free-to-play experiences, and who thrives where craft meets performance.
You'll set the creative direction for our UA output, and work in close partnership with our UA and data science teams to make sure every concept is grounded in what our data, our competitors, and the wider market are telling us.
You bring strong creative judgement, a growth mindset, and the leadership to get the best work out of a team while staying close to the craft.

Own the creative direction and output of our UA creative including video ads, playables, and statics across channels such as AppLovin, Google, and Unity
Build and run a high-velocity creative pipeline that can produce, test, and iterate at volume and speed
Partner with UA and data science to tie creative performance to spend efficiency, ROAS, and LTV
6+ years in performance / UA creative or motion design, including experience leading or managing a creative team
Process-driven approach, with the ability to create processes that make ideation, development, and delivery the most efficient and optimized

Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Scenario, Midjourney, Flux, Claude) and a clear point of view on integrating them into production
