About the role

- Ensure production goals are met through precision machining, accurate testing, and consistent adherence to engineering and safety standards.
- Must regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance).

Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for handling materials and operating machinery.
- Frequently required to sit, bend, kneel, or crouch.
- Safety gear must be worn at all times.
Skills
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and process documentation.
- Proficient in applying mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and geometric tolerancing to machining tasks.
- Effective problem-solving and reasoning skills to address nonstandard production situations.
- Basic computer proficiency for operating CNC interfaces and maintaining documentation.
