Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand customer product usage and behavior Work closely with PM and Engineering to deliver high quality feature releases. Support the creation and documentation of our design system
  • Proven experience creating reusable design patterns while building and designing for near-term deliverables
  • Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and solicit feedback on them. Good communication skills, including the ability to discuss technical solutions to design problems
  • Support for professional and personal growth - we want you to be successful

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline

Nice to have

  • Willingness to balance trade-offs between execution and the desired end-user experience.
  • Experience in the B2B domain, including CRM, CPQ, Payments is a plus
