As Director of Paving Operations at Keeley, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for paving operations across assigned regional offices nationwide, ensuring consistency, performance, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years in construction, engineering, or related industries performing the similar primary responsibilities listed.

Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project managers, site supervisors, and field crews, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee all paving projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams to assess project feasibility and ensure accurate bid proposals.
Oversee fleet and equipment utilization, ensuring proper maintenance, deployment, and efficiency of paving machinery.
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
Promote a culture of safety, conducting regular site visits, audits, and training programs to minimize incidents.
