Responsibilities

  • We are dedicated to building a team that brings a wide range of perspectives and experiences, reflective of the communities we serve---with over 70% of our staff identifying as people of color.
  • Supporting teachers in building culturally responsive classrooms where students consistently meet and exceed academic and behavioral expectations
  • Communicating with families to build a strong partnership between home and school and to ensure students have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
  • Supporting daily tasks and duties for school leadership staff in support of school culture
  • Relentless drive to empower students academically and personally.
  • Ability and desire to implement feedback from school leaders and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation

  • Compensation for this role is between $19.96/hr to $73,400/yr.
  • Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $19.96/hr - $56,100/yr.
  • Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
