  • Job Description: As a vital member of the Mars Retail group's finance team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our value creation journey for the M&M's® brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage overheads reporting and budgeting processes locally and within corporate.
  • Lead periodic reviews with all overhead functions and ensure robust communication of financial performance.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems and master data integrity.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial, operational, and analytical support.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to align financial forecasts and targets with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to ensure data quality and process adherence.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Mars Snacking finance teams to coordinate SAP master data governance, troubleshoot system issues, and implement process improvements related to financial master data management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • experience with SAP, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders.

Skills

  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in financial analysis.
