About the role
- The Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize material flow for all warehouse operations, including receiving, repack, putaway to storage, replenishment to production, and outbound/shipping, with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and material availability. This role will collaborate with
- other departments to develop strategies regarding safety, labor management, and inventory control and accuracy. This role will also provide leadership for all team member policies, training, and development to develop a High Performance Work Team environment.
