About the role
- This role assists with child supervision, educational and recreational activities, routine care needs, and program documentation while maintaining compliance with program guidelines and organizational standards.
- Exhibits regular and punctual attendance.
- Provides appropriate child supervision, in accordance with Carter Daycare program guidelines.
Responsibilities
- The Day Care Assistant supports the daily operations of the Carter Daycare Program by providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children in care.
- The Day Care Assistant works collaboratively with daycare staff, parents, and Boys Ranch personnel to support children's growth, safety, and well-being. - Gas supplement offered for travel to Boys Ranch
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
