Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, Certified Scrum Master with experience in SAFe methodology is a must
- Agile and SDLC experience - at least 2+ years
Nice to have
- Strong Agile and SAFe experience
- Strong J2EE fundamentals and Database experience
- TDD(Test Driven Development)
- Tools- GITHUB, Jenkins, Maven and any other CI tools experience is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Competencies
- Experience with Distributed SAFe agile and Metrics
- Experience in facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, removal of barriers and active management of dependencies
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
