About the role
- The Lawn Technician will be hired to fertilize and provide our premier lawn care services.
- WORKING CONDITIONS - Employees work outdoors and are exposed to pesticides, dust, mechanical hazards, and moving objects or other vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and apply appropriate skill in expected area(s) of expertise; follow company policies and procedures.
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle to comply with DOT guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with all departments and employees within the organization.
Requirements
- Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50
- The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- 7 a.m. start with the ability to work after 5pm: Monday-Friday and every other Saturday
- Required Skills/Abilities:
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Tree or Lawn Care industry, products, services, and treatments a plus
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Knowledgeable about company's products and services, and customer-related policies.

- Organizational skills, ability to multitask.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in self-directed conditions after a training period.

- Utilize protective safety equipment as required
- Possess a valid NYS driver's license.
