Requirements
- You possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field
- You have a minimum of four years experience within Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- You possess proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes
Compensation
- We anticipate filling this position as a Human Resources Partner: $76,050-$112-385 per year.
- We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level.
- Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
- We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
