- You will be responsible for annual renewals and day-to-day servicing.

Responsibilities
- Enhance the client experience and build relationships by presenting a professional image as you represent the company while being camera ready in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage enrollment and eligibility (processing enrollments and terminating employees).
- Maintain contact with the client base throughout the year, including regular client check-ins by phone.
- Document fully client's files properly by noting accounts with all phone conversations and or emails and attaching pertinent file documents.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and compliance guideline.
- Comfortable with being on video camera while engaging with clients, attending company/department meetings, etc. as required.
- Ability to demonstrate influencing and closing skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 yrs. of customer service in the insurance industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of BenefitPoint a plus.

- You will be responsible for annual renewals and day-to-day servicing.

- As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our gold and platinum group and individual accounts for our employee benefits book of business.
- Complete and gather information from clients for health insurance applications for obtaining quotes and submitting to underwriting.
- Issue medical cards and open enrollment materials to clients.
- Quote health insurance on Benefix or Benefitter and/or through our General Agent.
- Check coverage specifics such as HRA's, FSA's and ancillary coverages.
- Update client and policy information within Benefit Point and Newtracker accurately and timely.
