- The course textbook is selected in consultation with the full-time health sciences and human performance faculty.
- Create syllabi for students each semester using learning outcome guidelines provided by the department.
- A minimum of a Master's degree in health sciences, exercise sciences or a related field required; Doctorate preferred.
- Previous experience in nutritional and/or personal health programming, community health, public health, or an allied health profession preferred.
