About the role

  • As Staff Accountant, you will be the execution engine of Yoodli's day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer invoicing and ensure billing accuracy based on contracts, usage, or subscription terms.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain vendor records and payment schedules.
  • Manage employee reimbursements via Ramp.
  • Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for month-end and year-end close.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Are proficient with QuickBooks
  • experience with Ramp is a plus.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity ($80,000 – $92,000 range).

  • The Role
  • As Staff Accountant, you will be the execution engine of Yoodli's day-to-day financial operations. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, you will own core transactional accounting responsibilities - from billing and collections to payroll processing and vendor payments. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives on building clean processes, and wants to grow with a fast-moving company.
