About the role
- We're hiring an Accounting Manager to help scale Radar's accounting function as we continue to grow.
- This is a hands-on role where execution and ownership go hand in hand.
- You'll report to our Controller, be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) HQ, and be in-office Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Own key areas of our close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and other analyses.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to support billing and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and optimize our finance systems, including NetSuite, Ramp, Anrok, and Excel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or a high-growth technology company.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and the month-end close process.
- Experience supporting audits and partnering with external auditors.
- you enjoy improving processes, automating manual work, and creating scalable systems.
- Experience with SaaS, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern finance systems (e.g., Ramp, Anrok).
- Strong Excel skills and a track record of improving accounting processes through automation and system implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
