About the role

This position assists with day-to-day scheduling, materials coordination, data tracking, and system transactions to help ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with customer demand.

Create, update, or monitor production and work order schedules in the ERP system.
Support accurate and timely work order completion and closure in the ERP system.
Help maintain accurate bills of materials and material assignments to work orders.
Support production, materials, and leadership teams regarding plant priorities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills throughout the shift
Experience & Education/Training
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication

0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, or data-related roles preferred
Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards/IFS preferred)

Crosstrain in basic materials and planning tasks to provide coverage and operational support.
