About the role
- This position is a key part of the Distillation Team.
- A team that supervises and coordinates all activities of unionized workers, including operational, personnel, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure efficient production and high standards.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will develop, coach, and lead a performance oriented, efficient team-based staff to produce a finished product.
- Manage assigned budget accounts,
- Generate ideas and implement changes in processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs and improve employee engagement,
Requirements
- You will bring with you, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in leading and managing day to day operations within a team of hardworking operators who are equally passionate about our product.

- Ensure production databases are properly maintained and information used for continuous improvement,
Compensation
- IS FROM $66,750 TO $111,250 (ANNUAL)
