About the role
- Serve as a key liaison between Mosaic and the client, participating in leadership meetings, project discussions, and operational planning sessions.
- Represent the Vice President, Grid Operations in client meetings and discussions as needed, ensuring consistent communication, timely follow-up, and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to assigned team members.
Responsibilities
- In this role, the Manager, Grid Operations will initially support a long-term, high-impact engagement with a major utility client in Northern California.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client operational and executive leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Lead and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams while balancing client priorities, operational schedules, resource needs, and project commitments.
- Partner with Mosaic leadership to ensure successful client delivery while supporting strategic growth initiatives and identifying opportunities to expand client value and services.
- Develop strong relationships with utility leadership and effectively partner with executive stakeholders to support strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- While performing duties of job, employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Travel will be required depending on client/project needs.
- Position requires extensive travel and ability to sit for extended periods of time.

- A reasonable national base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD annually, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program of up to 12% of annual compensation, subject to individual and organizational performance.
