- The Senior Project Manager oversees the operational execution and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project, typically consisting of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- Oversee the operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience.
- High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of additional relevant experience can be used instead of the degree requirement.
- TS/SCI clearance is required.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment is preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience managing an Appian software development project is preferred.
- Experience with Product Management software is prefered.
- Knowledge of and experience with Federal Enterprise Architecture, Capital Planning and Investment Control, System Development Life Cycle, IT Security Management, and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of and experience with federal IT Investment laws, regulations, and processes including, but not limited to, FITARA, the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, Title III of the E-Government Act of 2002, and FISMA.
Skills
- Knowledge utilizing tools/methods incorporating Human-Centered Design.
- Possess knowledge in the full complement of project management life cycle.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation
- Yes Estimated Salary/Wage USD $70,000.00/Yr.
- Up to USD $100,000.00/Yr.
