Responsibilities
- Manages foreign work calendar for Wake DBA insurance estimates and reconciliations.
- Create and modify project cost estimate, receivable invoices, and cost tracking templates.
- Create monthly client invoice package templates and assist PMs in creation of invoice and communication with Calista accounting.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the customer invoicing files including maintaining electronic filing for all billing related documents.
- Responsible for monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process in support of Project Managers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related degree, or minimum of five to ten years of experience in related field.
- Experience with accounting and job costing required.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
- Knowledge of construction industry vocabulary and terms.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screenings.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
