- PayPal, Inc. seeks Analyst, Systems Analysis in Scottsdale, AZ
- Participate in the feasibility analysis and solutions to new automation implementations leveraging Blue Prism, UiPath for enterprise RPA, Python for custom integrations, and Gen AI for intelligent processing.
- Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Responsibilities
- Job Duties: Work closely with Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to build automations using Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Excel Macros, and PowerApps.
- Ideate, analyze, design, and build RPA solutions using Blue Prism/UiPath best practices, Microsoft Copilot Studio for conversational AI, and Power Platform components for end-to-end digital solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including Blue Prism/UiPath process definitions, Python code documentation, Power Platform solution designs, and system architecture diagrams.
- Design process solutions in accordance with design principles and conventions across Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform standards, Python coding best practices, and organizational governance policies.
- Test all automation solutions thoroughly through design, build, and testing phases while ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Compensation
- $157,934.00-189,500.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
