About the role

- The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on projects or processes that may impact workflow
- Collaborate with the Robotics Automation Processing (RPA) team to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Provide support and guidance to the Welcome Wagon team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively onboard new staff and facilities
- Develop and update job aids, training materials, and documentation to support the Welcome Wagon team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive efficiencies
- The primary focus of this position will support the onboarding process, address daily operation issues, coordinate with our various partners, and collaborate with the Robotics Automation Processing team to optimize workflow efficiency all while safeguarding DaVita policies and remaining compliant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of total work experience
- Demonstrated Excel proficiency (advanced), with ability to find averages, create pivot tables, graphs & identify trends in data
Nice to have
- Project management, Talent management, and HRIS experience a plus
Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00 per year.
