The position will guide project schedulers regarding strategy and critical path awareness across on-call programs.

This is a management-level program controls role focused on delivery governance, schedule integrity, budget oversight, risk visibility, and standardized systems that help project teams deliver successfully.

20+ years of experience in project management, program management, project delivery, project controls, or related transportation infrastructure roles.
Experience with project controls practices, including schedule management, budget tracking, risk management, reporting, and project performance monitoring.
Experience with budgetary program and project management, project delivery procedures, reporting systems, or program controls frameworks.
Experience supporting both traditional and alternative delivery transportation projects.
Experience with CPFF, lump sum, billable rate, job order, task order, or similar transportation program contracting models.

Standardize procedures for evolving delivery and contracting systems, including CPFF and lump sum delivery approaches.
Review program performance information to identify trends, recurring issues, delivery gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
