- Your Role at Delta Faucet Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for our core CRM and B2B technology stack in the Channel & Experience function housed within IT.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee solutioning by development teams, providing guidance on best practices, data modeling, automation (Flows), and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Create scalable, sustainable, and secure application solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data 360, etc.).
- You will collaborate with our channel partners on solution strategy while aligning to IT's enterprise architecture standards.
- include creating technical strategies, managing data models, leading integrations, and overseeing development teams to deliver full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- Document architecture designs, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to standards to minimize technical debt.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic development.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
- Candidate should have a proven track record of leading engagements to develop roadmaps, design and build solutions in the B2B and B2B2C space.

- Proven ability to implement new standards and processes.
