- Job Description Assist in the planning and execution of the Event Response Team functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central coordination point during events, working directly with business leaders, technology teams, and risk partners
- Support activation and execution of the Event Response framework and associated response activities
- Maintain and update crisis management, event response, and playbook documentation
- Capture and document key decisions, actions, and outcomes during events
- Support post-incident review activities, including tracking follow-up actions to completion
- Partner with Enterprise Resiliency team members to plan and execute exercises and simulations
- Support ongoing enhancement of event response frameworks, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across business, technology, risk, and communications
- Support alignment between Enterprise Resiliency and lines of business during both planning and response
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a degree focus in business continuity, crisis response, incident management
- 3-5 years risk management or crisis management experience
Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $76,300 - $104,000 a year.
- We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
