Team Lead provides day-to-day work direction and operational support to ensure new business is managed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Team Lead is a trusted resource who drives continuous improvement, embraces innovation, and leverages data and technology to improve operational efficiency.
Partner with leaders, training, and technology teams to optimize staffing, support system enhancements, document processes, and improve operational readiness.
Support quality initiatives, special projects, and operational reporting while communicating inventory status, risks, and action plans to leadership.

3+ years of experience in insurance operations, financial services, workload management, operations planning, or other relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, influence peers, solve operational problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while exhibiting innovation, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Military experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with life insurance, annuities, retirement services, or financial products, including interpreting operational data to make informed business decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational systems preferred.
Proven ability to coach and mentor peers, lead work assignments, and build collaborative relationships across teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Military experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
