Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • As a Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, managed, and shipped to support time-sensitive customer needs.

Requirements

  • The ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in varying warehouse temperatures is required.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and required pre-employment training.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, distribution, or logistics experience
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, inventory software, or barcode scanners
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Forklift training and refresher training are provided for qualified employees.

Compensation

  • $16.00-$21.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Location: Sterling, VA
