About the role
- You'll be in the data every day, running experiments, and measuring everything.
Responsibilities
- Own the developer growth funnel: awareness → signup → first run → first deployment → active contributor
- Build and manage email campaigns, activation sequences, and re-engagement flows
- Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and report weekly on what's moving
- Manage the waitlist and segment users by persona (developers, system integrators, partners)
- Own SEO and organic acquisition for the website and docs
- You'll own the developer acquisition funnel end-to-end - from first touch to active contributor.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, developer marketing, or demand gen - ideally at a developer tools or open-source company
- Highly technical & Agent native, ideally have spent 1-2 years in software engineering
Nice to have
- experience with robotics, open-source, or hardware developer communities
