About the role

Through the practice of utilizing a daily management system, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback towards process improvements and lean initiatives.

Participate in department responses to corrective actions, and preventative actions Perform routine safety, quality, and work skills training.

In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team in all aspects of manufacturing high-quality components in a fast-paced environment.
As a team member, you will be a part of daily production activities operating gundrills, reamers, rifling machines, and/or CNC lathes, as assigned by your team lead.
